Dyalog Unicode IME · en-US hardware
To type APL anywhere — in a browser, an editor, email — press
WinSpaceto switch to Dyalog APL IME, then hold Ctrl (and Shift for the second layer).
⍲ Nand cannot be typed. Dyalog's own keymap file documents it: on Windows Vista and later, ShiftCtrl0 never reaches the IME. It is marked on the card with a dashed outline. Copy the glyph from this table instead.
Ctrl combinations collide with application shortcuts. CtrlW closes a browser tab, CtrlT opens one, CtrlL jumps to the address bar. The IME is meant to swallow the keystroke first and usually does, but Chrome and Electron apps such as VS Code and Slack sometimes win. Test the keys you rely on in the app you'll actually use.

These come from special_keys.din.
They apply only to executables listed in the
UnicodeIME\wantSpecialKeys registry entry —
which by default does not include Dyalog APL itself,
where these are configured separately.
